MOSCOW, May 31 (PRIME) -- Russian mobile operator MegaFon has decided not to disclose its January–March financial report, the company said in a statement late on Monday, when it planned to release them.
The company’s board of directors earlier recommended against paying 2021 dividends. An annual general meeting of the shareholders will be held on June 30 in absentia.
